Dear Sir or Madam:
I´m writing to complain about a computer that I
bought last month in your shop and about how I was treated by a member of the
staff when I went directly to the shop
to complain about it.
First, last month a computer was bought by me in your shop. This laptop
was bought for $500 dollars, what I think the price is really far-fetched, nevertheless
I needed a computer almost immediately. Yesterday, exactly one month later, my
laptop stopped working. And this is the moment that I don´t really know why did
it stopped working if it was supposed that the artefact was a new brand one.
Honestly, I thought that the computer was overpriced however; I really liked it so I decided
to buy it. I send you two letters and they were not answered by anyone.
Second, when my laptop stopped working I
decided to go to your shop and take the bull by the horns. I was
attended by your supervisor and my surprise was how I was treated by him.
When I talked to the guy he started laughing and said to me that this was not a
problem of your company anymore because it already has passed 1 month. He
didn´t offer me any form of refund
or replacement. I thought that your company was a serious one, but with
this situation let me tell you that I feel really disappointed.
I would be grateful if you give a refund, because I don´t
really agree with the idea that the computer is send to your workshop. It has
no sense to send a brand new object to a workshop. If I don´t receive an
answer, the problem will be
taken by my lawyer. Thank you for help with this matter.
